Question 1

When do I get Contacts of Helpers I choose?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you make payment. After making payment, click the Helper profile, then click the phone icon.

Question 2

Why should I pay in advance?

Accepted Answer

You pay in advance because this is a pan-India job portal, and not a small local agency. On all job portals, like Naukri or Workindia or Internshala, the payment is a one time hiring fee to allow you to connect with multiple candidates. There is no other commission or cut from monthly salary to be paid to us post the hiring, as you do with agencies.

Question 3

Can someone interview and send the best 2-3 Helpers to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this option is available under the Expert Support package. If you need this, please choose the Get Expert Support option.

Question 4

What if no helper suits me?

Accepted Answer

You can claim refund as per Refund Policy.

Question 5

What if the helper leaves or is asked to leave?

Accepted Answer

After you hire, we add 25 more contacts for replacement needs. You can use these during your package's remaining validity. Only Expert Support will cost extra. Please see Replacement Policy for more details.

Question 6

Does my Helper have to leave after 6 months?

Accepted Answer

No. Your Helper can continue working with you for as long as you both agree. Package validity applies to Helper4U’s services, not to the duration of your Helper’s employment.

Question 7

Who makes the final hiring decision?

Accepted Answer

You do. You decide which helper suits your household after discussing your requirements and interviewing the candidates.

Question 8

Who decides the helper’s salary, duties and working hours?

Accepted Answer

You and the helper agree directly on salary, duties, working hours, leave and other employment terms. Discuss these before confirming the hiring.

Question 9

When is the criminal background check conducted?

Accepted Answer

We conduct a fresh criminal background check when you hire your chosen helper and mark them as Hired by Me.

Question 10

Can I get a refund after hiring?

Accepted Answer

Question 11

When does the self-service refund window open and close?

Accepted Answer

Self-service packages have a refund window between Day 5 and Day 15 from purchase. You can request a 70% refund during this window if you haven't hired. Earlier purchases keep their original refund terms.

Question 12

Accepted Answer
