Hiring Process on Helper4U.in
You can hire Female as well as Male Helpers, and even Couples, for part time or live in work, anywhere in India. You can hire for permanent position or for a day too.
You can hire very fast and easily on Helper4U. The process is simple:

- Get a list of available helpers, and their resumes —part-time or live-in, male or female, in your area.

Service Options
You do not pay anything to check and shortlist Helpers. You pay us when you want to start interviewing Helpers you like.
You have two options to interview:
- Self service - select candidates, check their details and if found suitable, call them directly
- Expert support hiring wherein you share your requirements with Helper4U and our team will select candidates, check their details and if found suitable, connect them with you
Option 2 is suitable if you do not have the time to connect to multiple candidates, if you are living out of India and cannot connect to people in the Indian time zone or are hesitant to interview so many candidates for any reason.

How to shortlist effectively
Sometimes you might get multiple candidates for your search. The question is how to shortlist from hundreds of candidates in this case. Some tips to do so:
- The default list sorting is by date of last update of a Helper. This means the helper who registered last is on the top. So talk to them first as your hiring chances are better with them.
- Use filters for education, language, distance etc. to shorten the list.
- You can ass candidates to your shortlist to check later
The same works if there are only a few candidates - check if you have used too many filters and reduce them. Check ouit the tips here.
What if no option is seen
Helper4U is a live website, and new helpers keep getting on boarded and old ones keep getting hired. So check again in a couple of days if you do not find suitable candidates on the first search. You should pay only if you see suitable options.
Refund process on Helper4U
If you do not like the candidates you talk to or are unable to hire you can take a refund within the duration of the package validity.
You get a 70% refund.
The refund process is fully automated and you have full control over it. You do not need to contact us for refund. The details can be checked here:

How much time does a refund take
The refund is initiated from our side as soon as you ask for it from your account. It will take a few days - up to 7 usually - to be credited back to your account, because there are multiple intermediaries involved. The refund is always credited back to the source the payment came from.
Replacement
When you hire your package validity increase from 21 days to 6 months. This means you can revisit the website and talk to new helpers in case you need a replacement, anytime in that 6 month period, till the time that you have exhausted your contact limit. So if you do not like a Helper you have hired or they leave your job, or even if they are going on leaves, you can hire a replacement without having to pay again. You can check the details here.
Verification of Helpers
When you hire you are eligible for a free verification. This is a criminal background check from across all courts of India to check that teh candidate doe snot have any FIR against them.
