Process Related

1. Helper4U is the simplest, fastest and most cost-effective way to hire Helpers. You should:

The process of using Helper4U.in is simple:

  • Step 1: Search for Suitable helpers as per your need using different filters
  • Step 2: Pay for the contact number
  • Step 3: Hire if you like the person. Nothing to be paid to us on hiring from either side.

2. What is the importance of different status on my Shortlisted Profiles?

It is important to understand the status.

  • Awaiting Response: The Helper has not yet responded to your Interest
  • Interested: The Helper wants to explore your job offer and is ready for an interview
  • Currently Unavailable: The Helper is currently (temporarily) not reachable
  • Hired: Someone has hired the Helper after you shortlisted them
  • Hired By Me: To be marked by you if you hire a Helper

3. How or when does the status of a Helper change to Interested?

After you show interest in a Helper they get a message informing them about availability of the job. They respond if they are still available for hiring as per their details. When they send back a message the status changes from Awaiting Response/Hired to Interested.

4. If I misplace the message with the number for which I have paid, can I get it again?

Yes. Just click Resend button against the Helper on “My Account”.

5. What is “My Account”?

The “Shortlist” makes your search process easier, on the go. With this you can:

  • Check updates on availability of Helpers you show interest in
  • Make notes against the Helpers as you call them
  • Select the services you want to pay for and make the payment at one go
  • Update status of your hiring

6. How can I be sure that the Helper I hire will not keep getting more offers from Helper4U.in?

If you hire someone, immediately mark the person as Hired By Me on “My Account”. After verification with the Helper, we will take the profile out of the listing on the website. This increases the chances of the person continuing to work for you.

7. How much salary should I pay the Helper I hire?

All payments are online through a secure payment gateway. You can choose from the multiple options available on the site.The hiring conditions are totally in your control. So, you will negotiate the salary with Job Seeker. The final decision of the salary lies with the you and the Job Seeker.

8. Some profiles do not have a salary mentioned in them. Why don’t you mark salary for all profiles?

The salary gets mentioned when the Job Seekers mention their expectation. Often, they mark the salary as negotiable, depending upon the work. So, you can offer the salary as per the market rate for the work you need to get done.

9. I am not getting the OTP.

Please try after sometime. This is usually due to network issue.


Payment Related

1. What do I get in return for the Pay per contact no payment?

When you make payment for an Interested Helper, you will get contact number/s of Job Seeker who is.

2. Why should I buy the Virtual Assistant package?

When you buy this package you get a Virtual Assistant to interview Helpers on your behalf. So, you:
  1. Save time as we interview candidates on your behalf
  2. Get additional information on profiles as per your requirement before buying the contact number
The above means that you pay for contact numbers of only one or two candidates who are best suited for your job.

3. What are your monthly charges after I hire someone?

There are No charges to be paid to us after hiring.

4. Will you help me to search for and contact the Helper?

Yes. If you want us to help in the hiring process, you can buy The Virtual Assistant or Assisted Hiring Package. The details are given under the Pricing link on Home page.

5. How can I pay?

All payments are online through secure payment gateways. You can choose from the multiple options available on the site.

6. After I make the payment, how long will it take for my subscription to be activated?

The subscription gets activated immediately after the transaction is completed.

7. I get an error message when I make the payment. What can I do?

This may be due to network issue or some issue at the end of the bank. Just close down the browser and try after some time.

8. I have got the message from my bank saying the payment has gone through, but the membership has not yet got activated.

Sometimes your bank authorises the payment, but it does not complete the connection with the payment gateway. In this case, you get a message saying the payment has gone through but it has not actually left your bank. Your bank will automatically cancel that transaction and credit the amount back to you.

You can drop us an email and we will also cross check if the payment has been received at our end or not.

9. I have made payment and the bank deducted the money. But, at your end, it is still asking me to pay for a contact number. What do I do?

Sometimes your bank authorises the payment, but it does not complete the connection with the payment gateway. In this case, you get a message saying the payment has gone through but it has not actually left your bank. Your bank will automatically cancel that transaction and credit the amount back to you.

You can drop us an email and we will also cross check if the payment has been received at our end or not.

10. How will I get the number of the Helpers for whom I make the payment?

You will get the number on your registered mobile, as well as on the screen as soon as the payment has been processed successfully.

11. I paid for the number, but have not received the sms with the number.

Sometimes there can be a delay of up to 10 minutes, due to network issues. You can use the Resend Contact number if you do not receive the number within 10 minutes. If that does not work you can WhatsApp us on 7506732424, and we will send you the number.

12. I have made a payment for Helpers Assisted Hiring package but have not received contact numbers of Helpers I selected earlier.

When you buy a package, you will need to go to My Account and use the Resend option to get the contact details of Helpers you selected before buying a package.

13. I bought the Helpers Unlimited package. Someone I had shortlisted has turned Interested, but I have not got the sms with the contact number.

You must have shortlisted this Helper before buying the package. Please log into your “My Account” and use the Resend button.


Refund related

1. I paid for contact number of a Helper. The Helper is marked as Interested. The Helper is looking for some other work than
what is marked on the profiles. Will I get a refund?

Yes, if the category is wrongly marked on the profile, you will get refund in the form of a replacement number free of cost. Just drop us an email with the issue, and the alternate number that you want.

2. I paid for contact number of a Helper. The Helper is marked as Interested. The Helper is looking for work in some other location that
what is marked on the profiles. Will I get a refund?

Yes, if the location is wrongly marked on the profile, you will get refund in the form of a replacement number free of cost. Just drop us an email with the issue, and the alternate number that you want.

3. I do not want to hire the Helper whose number I bought. Do I get a refund?

Sorry, this case does not justify a refund. We do not guarantee employment. We connect you with the suitable matches as per your requirement. Check our Refund policy for cases which justify a refund.

4. The Helper whose number I bought does not want to accept my offer. Do I get a refund?

Sorry, this case does not justify a refund. We do not guarantee acceptance of job by the Helper. We connect you with the suitable matches as per your requirement. Check our Refund policy for cases which justify a refund.

5. The Helper I interviewed is asking for a very high salary. Do I get a refund?

Sorry, this case does not justify a refund. Salary negotiations are between you and the Helper, and may or may not meet your requirement. Check our Refund policy for cases which justify a refund.

 6. I paid for a Helper marked as Current Availability Reconfirmed. But, when I called they said they already have a job. Do I get a refund?

Status of any Helper looking for a job remains as Current Availability Reconfirmed for 15 days. In this period they may get multiple offers, and choose the best. The refund policy is not applicable to this case.

7. I paid for a contact number, but the Helper is not picking up the phone. Will I get a refund?

No, this case is not eligible for a refund. Helpers gets marked as Interested when they have responded to the message. This means the phone is working and the Helper is looking for a job. Sometimes, the person may not pick up the phone as they are on a job, or busy. You should try calling at some other time, and will get a response.


Connecting with Helpers

1. The Helper does not pick up the phone, even though she has shown interest in the job. What can I do?

The Helper may be at work and not allowed to pick up the phone, or have some similar issue. Please try calling at a different time and you should be able to connect.

2. The Helper phone is not reachable, even though she has shown interest in the job. What can I do?

Sometimes, due to network issues in the colonies of these Helpers, the phone might be unreachable. Just try at a different time.

3. Why do you ask us to call the Helpers? It should be the other way round.

This process is to maintain your security as you don’t want your number to be floating around among strangers.


Miscellaneous

1. Can I hire for a short period?

You can hire for as long as you want. You can even hire a cook for a day, a driver for an outstation trip or additional help when guests are visiting. It is all between you and the Job Seeker.

2. I have a helper who needs more jobs. Can I register her/him?

Yes, please. That would be a great help to the Helper. Just go to Register a Helper link on the website. It is a two-minute job but will mean a lot to your Helper.

3. How do I talk to someone in your team?

4. How can I ensure my safety with these Helpers?

Interview them in detail, meet them, check their credentials, physically check their residence address, and if hiring, register them with your society and/or nearby police station. And take all precautions you take with staff hired from other sources. You can go through our related blogs for this topic

5. Are the helpers registered with Helper4U.in verified?

Yes. All Helpers:

  • a) Have been registered only if they have an Aadhar card, which is the most reliable biometric ID proof we currently have in India.
  • b) Have been telephone verified
